Registration delegates includes:
- Access to the scientific sessions
- Congress bag (programme/abstract book)
- Lunches on Friday and Saturday
- Coffee breaks
- Transportation ticket; 10 journeys on the metro, FGC, buses, tram and RENFE trains all Zone 1
Registration accompanying persons include:

- Membership status (payment dues paid up to and including 2006) will be checked.
- A proof of status is an official letter written by the head of the hospital department on official hospital letterhead.
- Registrations received after 19 October 2007 are handled as on-site registrations.
The registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the required fees. In order to avoid confusion due to mail or bank delays advance registration will close on 19 October 2007. All delegates who have not registered before 19 October 2007 will have to register on-site at the congress venue from 2-4 November 2007.
Terms of payment for registration fees
- All participants must be registered
- All payments must be made in Euro (€)
- Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment page), cheque or bank transfer
- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by Congress Consultants. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees
- Outstanding payments must be paid on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress bank account on time.
- Please note 19% VAT will be added to all registration fees.
Cancellations
- Before 1 October 2007: € 50,- will be withheld
- Between 1 October 2007 and 19 October 2007: 50% refund
- After 19 October 2007: no refund
Name Change
- After 19 October 2007: € 25,- will be withheld
By cheque
Cheques must be in Euro, made payable in the Netherlands and made out to order of Congress Consultants B.V. - EMUC Barcelona 2007.
All cheques must be sent with details of registration reference number and delegate's name to ensure payment is allocated to the correct registration.
